We are an affiliate product recommendation website. We are not a seller of any products, and we are not able to process, take orders for, or ship out the products that we review and recommend. We only process orders on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, or another affiliate marketer, once a customer clicks on an affiliate link from our website.
2. Order Cancellation
We are not able to cancel or change orders placed using affiliate links as we don’t actually process orders. If you would like to cancel an order please contact the marketplace directly through where your order was placed and follow their process.
3. Cancellation Eligibility
There are chances you might cancel your order but all depend on the cancellation policy of the marketplace or seller. Many orders can be cancelled but it only applies when they are not shipped and not after the processing.
4. Refund After Cancellation
In case the cancellation of your order is confirmed by the marketplace or seller, all refunds will be issued in line with their terms and conditions on refunds. Giftoriya is not responsible for the approval of refund, payment modes or time taken.
