Return Policy – Gifts and Souvenirs Gifts are subject to the return policy of the Marketplace or Seller concerned. If you want to return an item purchased by you through the Platform, you may do so from the platform of purchase following the said Marketplace or Seller’s return procedures. Giftsoriya is unable to request or process a return of any product.
